NetBoost Setup provides independent third-party technical support for WiFi range extender setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any hardware manufacturer including NETGEAR, TP-Link, Linksys, ASUS, D-Link, or any other brand. All brand names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Support Disclosure

Our service fee covers the cost of technical support from our independent technicians — this is not an official manufacturer service. For warranty repairs or hardware replacements, contact your device manufacturer directly.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting support.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • You agree to cooperate with our technicians and provide necessary device access for remote support.

4. Payment & Refunds

All support services are billed at rates displayed at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if your issue is not resolved, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@netboostsetup.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

NetBoost Setup provides services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetBoost Setup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Travis County, Texas.
